I've completely ditched my sticky note habit since this program handles all those organizational needs in one place.
Cons
I honestly spent several minutes trying to figure out what bothers me about this but I really can't think of anything significant to complain about

“Best choice for home builders
Pros
I really appreciate how this was built with new home builders in mind and it feels like the developers actually understand our specific needs and workflows.
Cons
The reporting features could be better and it's frustrating that I can't make bulk changes across multiple communities at the same time. It would save me alot of time if I could handle things for all projects at once instead of going through each one individually.

Pros
I love how this tool breaks down customer data and community projects with such detailed segmentation. It really helps us organize our online leads and marketing campaigns into smooth, manageable workflows. The customer history tracking is solid and the support team's responsiveness has been impressive.
Cons
Not very user friendly at first and requires some time to learn. The email marketing features are pretty basic and lack advanced capabilities. There's no automation for customer journeys which would be really helpful. While the support team is great at responding to our feedback, they can't always customize things to match exactly what we need.

“Solid CRM with developer features
Pros
I like being able to organize registrants into different communities and the way it connects with so many other programs is really helpful.
Cons
Search function really bothers me since I can't look through the whole database and I'm stuck searching just within communities. Also frustrating that automated workflows can't depend on other activities like starting a follow-up sequence the day after an appointment.

Pros
The variety of options is impressive and I appreciate how deep you can dive into information while also being able to push details out to consumers.
Cons
Sometimes I feel like I have to jump through hoops to get what I need even though there are plenty of options available. The functionality just isn't quite where I'd like it to be.

Pros
It's very helpful for keeping my client database well organized. It's become essential to my daily workflow and I really appreciate how simple it is to send targeted email blasts to the custom lists I've built in my database.
Cons
I wish there was a mobile app available. While I can access everything through the web browser on my phone, having a dedicated app would make things much more convenient and streamlined.
