I love having unlimited prospecting without worrying about per-contact fees! The transparent pricing makes budgeting so much easier and we can scale our outreach efforts without hitting usage limits or surprise costs.
Cons
The personalized tags for engagement playbooks could really use more variety which feels pretty limited right now.

The automation features for investor outreach really impressed me when we first started using this in February. What caught my attention was how it streamlined our seed round preparation but then we discovered the sales CRM capabilities and decided to expand our usage. Now it's become our go-to platform for prospecting and generating new opportunities consistently. The cost savings compared to digital advertising have been substantial and we're definitely getting more bang for our buck.
Cons
I wish there were more detailed analytics for our email campaigns when putting together weekly reports. The basic metrics are easy to monitor but deeper insights would be really helpful.

I've been really impressed with how well this finds contacts and automates outreach to new prospects. The playbook feature makes automation very smooth. Within just 5 minutes of signing up, Maxim had us set up and we were already seeing responses come in. After trying 2 other similar services, this one actually delivers results.
Cons
It would be great to have bulk automation features since I currently have to save contacts one by one instead of being able to save an entire page at once. Support said they're working on it when I contacted them about this.

Pros
Finding qualified leads has never been easier with this platform. The interface simple to use. I'm genuinely surprised by how many high quality prospects we've been able to generate and it's exceeded my expectations. The results speak for themselves and we're definitely sticking with this solution long-term.
Cons
The automated lead outreach saves me tons of time but I really wish there were A/B testing options to optimize my campaigns. Support mentioned it's coming in a future update though which has me excited to see what improvements they'll make.
