Leadmaster has been a huge asset to our marketing department.

Pros

The customer service here is exceptional, it's the best I've ever experienced. Dealing with one dedicated person who's been incredibly supportive has been a game-changer for me and my team. Even our less tech-savvy reps find the app very intuitive. After comparing several CRMs, Leadmaster's pricing and features were a perfect fit for us.

Cons

Some report layouts could be improved. The app feels a bit clunky, and we encountered a glitch that took weeks to resolve.

We really only use LeadMaster as a contact data base.

Pros

I really like the search feature and the ability to send mass emails, as well as the feedback options like tracking opens and managing unsubscribe requests.

Cons

The tutorials haven't been very helpful. I prefer written instructions that allow skipping unnecessary parts, easier review during tasks, and availability for reference. Finding the tutorials I need can be challenging, and FAQs would be beneficial.
