“Excellent support when you need it
Pros
The tech support team was very helpful during setup and integrations. They walked me through building automation features like texting, emails, trickle campaigns and workflows in the CRM.
Cons
The billing drives me crazy, they hit you with a $125 fee for any tech support call, no matter how simple the issue is.

Cons
The support is great but the billing drives me crazy, they hit you with a $125 fee for any tech support call, no matter how simple the issue is.

Pros
I find the interface smooth, much clearer than other CRMs I've tried. Updating lead activities and tracking follow-ups is smooth and the reminders are very helpful for staying on top of things.
Cons
The web pages can be frustratingly slow to load and the overall design could really use some improvement.

Pros
The automated lead tracking saves me tons of time and effort. I really appreciate how the system handles lead management without requiring manual intervention and it's been a game changer for our workflow.
Cons
I find the help documentation lacking and in need of improvement. It would be really helpful if they could make it clearer so new users like me can understand how to get started without having to struggle through confusing instructions.

I appreciate having everything consolidated in one place. The CRM, quoting system, billing and task management are all integrated together which makes my workflow much smoother.
Cons
The mobile experience could definitely be better and there's no dedicated app and the interface doesn't adapt well to smaller screens. While everything works, the design feels very outdated.

Cons

The automation features are fantastic. This software packs serious power with its automated workflows that move clients through the process seamlessly. Having the system automatically reach out to prospects when needed has eliminated tons of manual followup work for me.
Cons
Everything comes with an added fee. Custom reports aren't something you can create on your own, you have to go through support and they charge $125 per hour. Unlike other CRMs I've used, you can't create your own custom fields or do field mapping. So, if I need a new field for client files or applications, I'm stuck paying support again. It really makes you feel dependent on them and limits your flexibility.
