The tech support team was helpful during setup and integrations. They walked me through building automation features like texting, emails, trickle campaigns and workflows in the CRM.

Cons

The support is great but the billing drives me crazy, they hit you with a $125 fee for any tech support call, no matter how simple the issue is.
