Completely happy with the service

Pros

I don't have to install anything to work with affiliated businesses which is a huge plus.

Cons

A few stores have points that expire but that's about it.

Good customer support

Pros

I can instantly see which customers are loyal or new, how often they visit and I can schedule targeted campaigns for them.

Cons

It would be awesome if the executive who works with us could be more engaged with the brand. Also I'd love to have the ability to design artwork for campaigns (like using basic templates with a client logo and a loyal logo) for things like birthday celebrations, discounts for preferred customers, etc.

Awesome loyalty program and CRM

Pros

The loyalty program has really practical tools that make customers visit more often and prefer the brand, just by earning points and getting benefits.

Cons

NO CONS. I loved everything. It was such a satisfying experience and it keeps me informed and the data is top-notch.

Pros

Targeted segments & rewards for customers

Pros

Knowing my clients' RFM is very helpful because it lets me target those who visit less, or the ones that might be at risk or have disappeared with specific campaigns.

Cons

Cons

I'm confused about how to get customers to move from one segmentation to another like changing from �sleepy� to �frequent.�

User friendly interface

Pros

Leal's back office is a huge advantage. The dashboard gives tons of valuable information that's a game changer for my business.

Cons

I think a few improvements could really enhance the loyalty effect like being able to send point gifts to specific customers or offering double point promotions to certain users during special times.

A fantastic tool

Pros

The AI feature in the campaign module through OfferFit is really impressive. It helps me tailor campaigns in such a smart way by analyzing customer behavior and preferences.

Cons

One thing I didn't love is that you can't download the files which would be really helpful.
