Pros
I can instantly see which customers are loyal or new, how often they visit and I can schedule targeted campaigns for them.
Cons
It would be awesome if the executive who works with us could be more engaged with the brand. Also I'd love to have the ability to design artwork for campaigns (like using basic templates with a client logo and a loyal logo) for things like birthday celebrations, discounts for preferred customers, etc.

The loyalty program has really practical tools that make customers visit more often and prefer the brand, just by earning points and getting benefits.
Cons
NO CONS. I loved everything. It was such a satisfying experience and it keeps me informed and the data is top-notch.

Leal's back office is a huge advantage. The dashboard gives tons of valuable information that's a game changer for my business.
Cons
I think a few improvements could really enhance the loyalty effect like being able to send point gifts to specific customers or offering double point promotions to certain users during special times.
