I have found Less Annoying CRM the best as it is easy to learn and use. Since launching my business in 2011, I have never felt the need to switch to another CRM.

LACRM stands out for its ease of use and the simplicity with which you can customize the fields to fit your needs.
Cons
No drawbacks. However, I would love to see a feature in the future that allows making calls directly from the CRM.
