I'll admit It comes with an overwhelming array of features. What stands out is how comprehensive the marketing solution is, packed with options and detailed controls.
Cons
The interface has some bugs that disrupt my workflow even though the current version still works. Also, it takes time for new users like me to really get the hang of all the features. The documentation isn't very clear either which makes it even harder to figure things out when you're starting.

Cons

I've been impressed with the CRM capabilities here. it's actually more sophisticated than some dedicated CRM platforms I've used before. The built-in VoIP phone integration is a standout feature that you don't see everywhere. After implementing this for a client's business, their sales results have been climbing steadily which speaks volumes about how effective the system really is.
Cons
It's quite difficult to get the hang of at first. Anyone setting this up for your team will need to spend 10-20 hours just to understand how to use it. This is something you'll need to plan for.

I really love how this combines everything, CRM, marketing tools, SEO analytics, website building, social media planning, emails, SMS, calls and subscriptions all in one place. It's allowed me to ditch so many other tools and save on costs and headaches. The customization options are amazing and being able to replicate the entire platform for clients with full whitelabel capabilities is a game-changer for my consulting business. Everything focuses on leads and lead data which keeps things organized. It's completely customizable depending on your plan and you can create multiple tiers with different setups for various clients. Having CRM, marketing tools, LMS, listings, website builder, bookings, social media posting, VOIP and more, all with solid monitoring and analytics, means I only need one app to manage everything for myself and my clients.
Cons
I can't really point to any major issues. The system still needs to grow with additional features, controls and integrations but these improvements are coming soon and what's available now works perfectly. One important consideration is whether the software could be hosted on EU datacenters for European accounts and this would help EU clients feel more confident about GDPR compliance.
