Saves time but a little complex

Pros

It is a huge time-saver. Plus the automatic integration has greatly helped us drive adoption and streamline workflows related to our CRM. Overall it has significantly boosted efficiency.

Cons

I do not find the software to be very user-friendly as it takes some time to get the hang of it.

Makes everything easier

Pros

LinkPoint Connect links my emails directly to my CRM allowing me to work from one screen and log emails directly to my accounts and contacts.

Cons

It would be great if I could include my work emails and merge them with my LinkPoint account.

Great but has too many API requests

Pros

It is quite easy to use. Training others was a simple task too since everything is easy to find and use. Also it helped us avoid duplicate records.

Cons

The number of Salesforce API calls it makes is excessive. It has been making almost 100,000 API calls within a week keeping us at about 50% of our daily limit. Customer service has not been very helpful either as they keep saying they have never encountered the issue and suggest it is a user setting but they do not offer any other solutions. We have tried nearly everything!

Perfect synchronization tool for Salesforce and Outlook

Pros

LinkPoint 360 is a fantastic tool for connecting Outlook to Salesforce. It is very simple to set up and use daily to keep our data consistent in Outlook. Plus it helps record emails sent and received for leads, contacts and accounts.

Cons

Sometimes the software crashes on its own without any warning message. I find it annoying.

Useful tool

Pros

It is a great connector between our sales software and email system. And it provides real-time tracking of the sales model which helps our company stay on top of everything.

Cons

I think new users may find this difficult to use especially since there are similar, easier to use software options available.

Simplifies everything

Pros

LinkPoint automatically captures emails in Salesforce without any hassle ensuring all our communication is seamlessly recorded.

Cons

Well there are a few glitches but it works 98% of the time.

Streamline email logging in Salesforce

Pros

Saving email conversations to Salesforce is invaluable especially when we need to revisit a past discussion with a customer even months or years later or when we need to review an old employee's conversation without needing access to their email records. Plus you can specify where it should be saved such as Account, Opportunity, Quote etc.

Cons

Setting up the connection was a bit tricky but it did not take too long and was definitely worth it. However it only works well if employees remember to use it properly. With our setup they need to click a separate send button which then prompts them to search and select the correct record before sending.

Superb tool for tracking emails

Pros

LinkPoint Connect software integrates seamlessly with Outlook and Salesforce and I find it very reasonably priced for all the features it offers.

Cons

I wish it was easier to use and set up. Plus it seems to keep disconnecting and we are missing a user. Also it does not work well with our cloud provider when we try to download after adding new users.
