Pros
I really appreciate having everything in one place for managing both marketing and sales operations. The real-time monitoring of tasks and events keeps me on top of what's happening across the business. Managing leads, opportunities, quotas, and commissions is straightforward and helps me stay organized. The goals and forecasting features give me good visibility into future performance. Having multi-warehouse capabilities is essential for our operations and it handles it well. Order processing, invoicing and inventory tracking work smoothly together. The accounts and contact management functionality keeps all our customer information centralized and accessible.
Cons
Not much to complain about, though they're still developing their AI features.
