Simplifies managing projects and contacts

Pros

The package offers a broad range of features from project and contact management to proposal creation and sales pipeline. All of this is user friendly, easy to navigate and well integrated. And since I travel a lot I particularly like that many functions such as time tracking and project updates are easily accessible through my smartphone.

Cons

No complaints but I recommend thinking about how you want to use the app before introducing it. As structures, organization, etc should be roughly outlined in advance.

Pros

Macooa software is well organized and user friendly. Plus it offers a variety of features, with multiple language options and well-thought-out processes. And the best thing is that it is a tool you can start using the moment you buy it.

Cons

There are not any significant drawbacks. As we can customize the tool to fit our process. And if there is an issue it might be that your process needs to be adjusted.
