“Streamlined Sales Team Activities
Pros
Managing leads and tracking follow ups feels very easy with this system. it's really streamlined our workflow and saved us tons of time. The contact management is well-structured and make it easy to segment and prioritize prospects effectively. Even though the reporting features are pretty basic, they still give us solid insights into performance metrics that help with team evaluations.
Cons
Sometimes the updates feel overwhelming and I wish they'd slow down the pace a little.

“Reliable CRM after 4 years
Pros
The sales team picked this up incredibly fast and could jump right in on their first day. Having the mobile app is a lifesaver when I'm out in the field meeting clients. What really impressed me was how it automatically handles our daily reporting, no more tedious status updates since everything gets generated and sent without any effort from us.
Cons
The analytics in the CRM system could use some work to better support top management's needs.

“Solid CRM with room for improvement
Pros
I find the implementation process surprisingly easy and once it was up and running, everything felt so easy. The customer support team has been outstanding and they're very patient and always respond quickly when I need help. The features cover all our engineering industry needs perfectly and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful throughout every interaction.
Cons
I wish there was a quick reference guide available. Don't get me wrong, this isn't really a complaint since the software is excellent overall but having that kind of resource would definately make things even better.

Setting up connections with other platforms takes some effort and I would really like to see WhatsApp and calling features built in

The onboarding was smooth and there support team is always ready to help when needed. It's become instrumental in automating our business processes.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that maybe there could be more customization options but honestly that's reaching, this tool is pretty solid overall.

“Excellent dealership management tool
Pros
Managing leads from multiple sources used to be a nightmare but this tool helped us categorize everything so we can focus on the most important prospects first. The quotation process became much smoother, generating and sharing quotes with clients is now simple. What really impressed me was the daily work reports for our sales team which gave us clear visibility into employee performance. The support experience has been excellent throughout our 6 month journey. They made onboarding painless and respond quickly whenever we run into issues.
Cons
The logo quality in quotations was poor initially and it took some time to get that sorted out but other than that everything else looks solid!
