Pros
It's a basic CRM that works well for real estate agents who don't have access to a more powerful platform. For those just starting out, it gets the job done.
Cons
It was not very robust and didn't provide sufficient auto-customer nurturing features.

My experience with Market Leader over the last six months has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying seven hundred dollars per month for their services, I have not received a single valid lead relevant to my service areas. Instead, the leads provided have consistently come from locations over two hours away, which are completely outside my target market. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue in the first two months, Market Leader failed to make any adjustments.What is even more concerning is their refusal to cancel my membership or issue a refund for services that were clearly not delivered as promised. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling and reflects a fundamental failure in their service model. I would advise any professional considering Market Leader to seriously reconsider. This experience has not only been a financial burden but has also taken valuable time and resources away from focusing on my business. I strongly recommend exploring more reliable and customer focused alternatives.

I did not find anything particularly beneficial that my other CRM didn't already offer. I bought it for leads and it turned out to be the worst resource I have ever used.

My experience with the service has been very frustrating. I still have two more months of billing before I can cancel. When I initially reached out for more details about the services and how everything works, I was told by the representative that the leads would be screened before they were sent to me. Unfortunately the service has been poor since day one. I decided to give it two to three months, hoping it would improve but things remained the same. I kept calling to follow up and although they made adjustments to my account, nothing changed. Most of the leads provided had no phone number or incorrect numbers. It felt like I was getting a different excuse each time I called. Last week, I spoke with a representative who promised to call me back by the end of the business day but he didn't follow through. I continued calling to find out what was happening, having to explain my situation repeatedly and each time, I was told that someone else was dealing with the issue. Finally almost a week later, I got a call back. I requested to cancel without paying the last two months' fees but instead, they offered to switch me to a new plan for $100 at the beginning of May, with the catch that I would need to sign a new six-month agreement. Essentially this would have meant paying monthly. I asked why I would extend my commitment when the service had been so poor and the promises made at the start were never fulfilled. These leads were not screened and the whole experience has been disappointing.

“Avoid using Market Leader
Pros
The onboarding process was the only good part for me. The team was helpful but I just wish they had been more transparent from the start.
Cons
The overall experience was disappointing both financially and in terms of lead quality. The account manager wasn't responsive, and I had to follow up constantly. They promised a certain number of leads, but I rarely got them. The ones I did receive weren't fruitful.

Pros
I loved Market Leader and I would still be using it if I could afford it. It had the best CRM system I have ever used specially with its automated campaigns.
Cons
The pricing was an issue for me. It was more affordable when I was under KW's umbrella but the cost increased significantly once I purchased it on my own.

Everything about this service was disappointing. They didn't provide valid leads and there was no effort to screen them. I received fake information, sellers who didn't even own the home and leads from agents or lenders, which were a waste of time.

Pros
My experience with Market Leader Professional was positive overall but as time went on, the quality of leads decreased to the point that it became inefficient. The CRM itself and automatic follow-up features were great but the leads were not as valuable as I had hoped.
Cons
The quality of leads went downhill and it eventually became too expensive to justify. I was putting time and effort into this platform but I could not sell homes to clients with bad credit or no funds.

It was easy to take my money but the service provided just a basic site.
Cons
The service is unclear, the leads are terrible, and the CRM is messy and hard to track. Their webpage is not up to par either. Overall its not worth the money. Don't let them buy your domain name either, they will try to charge you hundreds of dollars to get it back.

Pros
If you are using the basic version through your brokerage, upgrading to the Pro version is easy. It integrates well for email marketing and print materials and offers a nice website for those who need one.
Cons
It's expensive unless your brokerage has a plan with them. Lead generation wasnt as effective as expected. Also if you use their web address, you wont be able to buy it later if you decide to leave. The platform feels outdated and the mobile app is lackluster.
