“Solid tool with growth potential
Pros
The dashboard UI really stands out to me and it displays all the key client metrics in a way that's simple and easy to grasp. While it covers the essential lead management functions you'd expect from any CRM, the interface makes everything feel more accessible.
Cons
It is clunky in certain areas and while the Notes section has a notebook-style design, it definitely needs refinement. Also frustrated that some metrics seem unnecessary but there's no way to customize or remove them.
