“Streamlined Customer Management Boosts Sales
Pros
I love the automatic reminders feature. it keeps me on track without having to manually manage my schedule. The quick data import functionality has saved me countless hours when bringing in customer information. What really stands out is how affordable this solution is compared to other options in the market. The customization capabilities let me tailor everything to match our specific workflow needs and having all the CRM components integrated in one place streamlines our entire process.
Cons
The biggest downside I've encountered is that the company operates out of Hungary. Since we're in the US, there's a pretty big time zone gap that could slow down support responses. That said, they've actually been pretty quick getting back to our emails so far. We haven't tried calling them yet though, so I can't speak to phone support.

“Excellent Reporting with Great Data Management
Pros
I really appreciate the all-in-one dashboard with so many useful features. The sales management tools are great for tracking deals and having email and chat support integrated makes communication super smooth. The data storage is reliable and the dashboard graphs look professional while providing valuable insights. Plus, being able to add team members to the system makes collaboration so much easier.
Cons
The data display feels cramped and hard to read. Customization options for the dashboard are pretty limited which is frustrating when you want to tailor things to your workflow. The email section is also problematic and it takes way too long to load every time I try to access it.
