Pros
I really appreciate how all my follow-ups are organized in a checklist format and there's something satisfying about checking everything off once I've completed all the calls. The home screen layout is another nice touch that makes navigation smooth.
Cons
I can't view text messages through the application.

“Frustrating Performance Issues”
Pros
The interface takes some getting used to when you're starting out and I've noticed it can be very slow at times.
Cons
It takes about a week to get comfortable with instead of just a few days which makes training new employees very expensive.
