This system is incredibly robust yet affordable, making it perfect for small businesses seeking support with customer retention and marketing.
Cons
The only challenging aspect for us is the number of fields required for proper reporting data. To fully utilize the features, there's a lot of repetitive data entry that can be easy to overlook without a documented procedure.

The learning curve was minimal, and the customer service is outstanding. The initial training offered was of top-notch quality.
Cons
The system changed slightly after I received training, so I need to re-learn where everything is. I haven't had much time to explore its full capabilities yet, but I look forward to using it more soon.

Compared to other CRMs we considered, Mothernode's clean, clear, and easy-to-use format stands out. Beyond the system itself, we've been impressed by the exceptional customer support provided by MN. Justin and the team have been phenomenal. Organizing all our customer data in such a clear and user-friendly manner has been incredibly beneficial.
Cons
We use a web-based email system and have encountered some challenges utilizing all the features.
