Mothernode CRM stands out to me with its exceptional interface. The organized and logical layout of this cloud-based solution makes it smooth to navigate. I've noticed with each major update that the developers not only listen to user feedback but also have the ability to integrate these suggestions effectively, enhancing existing features and introducing robust new ones. The outputs our clients receive from Mothernode are sharp and professional.

Cons

This software's reporting feature produces excellent printed documents, PDFs, or spreadsheets, and integrates smoothly with other tools. Yet, I hope to see future versions of Mothernode allow this powerful reporting feature to generate on-screen.

Mothernode- The best platform available

Pros

It's intuitive and fully functional for all our needs. While no software is perfect out of the box, this one comes very close. After some adjustments to fit our daily processes, we now rely on this software as our lifeblood.

Cons

The old interfaces were less intuitive, but the new ones are more logical and clear.

Makes follow-up easy

Pros

I appreciate the ability to email directly from the program, the event logging, and the efficient tracking of our prospecting efforts. The Quotes section is also excellent, user-friendly and presents a professional appearance, complete with electronic signatures.

Cons

While I don't have any major complaints, I do wish the mobile platform was better. It'd be great to filter my own leads and search contacts while on the road, enabling calls without needing my PC.

There's a lot to admire about Mothernode. The Leads and Opportunities module is comprehensive and invaluable for keeping track of potential sales. It's easy to use and ensures we stay on schedule to move our projects forward. What I appreciate most is the consistent format across all modules, whether handling quotes, orders, or purchase orders, the functions for data entry, tracking, and reporting remain uniform.

Cons

I'm really trying to think of something, but any issues are so minor that they slip my mind. Also, Mothernode encourages users to report issues, promising resolutions in less than 24 hours.

Exceptional Customer Service

Pros

Being a specialized manufacturing company, we require adaptable software. Mothernode's integration of marketing, CRM, and ERP solutions has significantly reduced redundancy and outdated data for us. Their responsive support team listens attentively to our needs and continually updates the software based on user demands. The integration with Construct Connect/Insight is a huge time-saver, seamlessly adding new bid jobs as leads with daily updates, a feature included in the pricing, with Insight account required.

Cons

I wish there were a chat feature usable between users without being tied to specific jobs or contacts. Also, a more refined task assignment feature and a sophisticated marketing drip campaign feature that adapts based on user interaction would be great additions. Knowing Mothernode's team, I wouldn't be surprised if they add these in the future.

Unique CRM

Pros

Mothernode's unique approach to building a CRM around our company's needs is impressive. They've tailored a CRM specifically for our custom product at iZone. Whenever we request changes or updates, the Mothernode team tackles them head-on without hesitation. The CRM's features allow us to manage jobs from start to finish seamlessly, from leads and quotes to ordering, shipping, and invoicing.

Cons

There are so many areas I haven't explored yet. My biggest frustration is generating reports. I prefer having comprehensive sales management reports for each sales rep and an overall monthly report. Missing these on the last day of the month means I can't retrieve them later. Setting up reports is challenging due to the amount of information required. Lastly, it's cumbersome to navigate multiple screens to access a quote, lead, or order. I wish there was a central home screen to access all information or a direct search option using order, quote, or lead numbers.

Pros

The developers consistently collaborate with us to improve functionalities that meet our specific needs, rather than treating us as a one-size-fits-all client.

Cons

Many of the functions we wish for are in development, so current cons are actively being addressed. This includes features like social media posting from e-campaigns and Mac Mail integration.

Pros

The ease of preparing quotes and the detailed feedback it provides on quote views and downloads are invaluable to me.

Cons

The font size is too small on the customer setup screen, making it hard to spot misspellings. I'd prefer the back arrow to return me to the previous page rather than an error page. It would also be useful to add frequently used email addresses more easily, perhaps with each new update.

I've used them all; Mothernode is BY FAR the best.

Pros

There are numerous aspects to appreciate. The software is incredibly functional yet intuitive. It's excellent right out of the box but also highly customizable. Managing sorting filters and generating reports is simple. The customer service is exceptional. Honestly, I'm thrilled with every aspect of this software.

Cons

I've used several CRM products over the years, including Salesforce, and I could list numerous dislikes for each. Surprisingly, I can't think of a single thing I dislike about Mothernode.

Pros

After searching extensively for a CRM that fits our workflow, we settled on Mothernode for its comprehensive features that meet our current and future needs. The thorough review and training provided during implementation were crucial to our success. The team put in significant effort to help us get up to speed, including importing our messy old customer database and adding new custom fields. The integrations, especially with QuickBooks and Stripe, look very promising, and we're already successfully using the Outlook plugin. It's clear there's ongoing development and a robust roadmap ahead.

Cons

It frequently opens new browser tabs, and some fonts are small. I'd like to see the API expanded.

Very good CRM for the money

Pros

Automated reporting is a huge plus, and the integrated proposal system is user-friendly. The mobile companion is also fantastic.

Cons
