What I love about this tool is that everything I need to run my car sales business is all in one place. Invoices, quick books social media. it's an awesome software that lets me manage everything from anywhere.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any cons with this software. It's very fast and it does a great job of explaining everything you need to know.

My business partner and I checked out a lot of dealership management systems and MotorDesk beat every competitor hands down, from features to price. The thing that stood out most was how easy it is to use, way better than anything we tested. Plus, their support is 10/10! Customer support from MotorDesk has been helpful and flexible with our needs. They're always updating the system which keeps us in tune with the latest industry trends. We're beyond thankful for this tool, it's improved our online business and inventory management especially with publishing vehicles on AutoTrader and eBay. Big thanks to MotorDesk for their amazing tech.

“Perfect for managing inventory”
Pros
It really gave us the flexibility to grow our inventory in a way that was totally different from how we were doing it before. The system is super customizable and flexible which has been a game-changer for us.
Cons

“Exactly as promised, no surprises”

I've used a lot of CRMs in different industries but I've never come across anything as interactive as MotorDesk. It's all perfectly integrated and does everything you need it to do and more!
Cons
Right now I honestly can't think of anything that's a problem. But I know that whenever something comes up, It is always there to create solutions.

It's really simple and easy to use. Plus, it's visually appealing and looks great too which makes using the software a pleasant experience every time.
Cons

“Regret not using this sooner”
Pros
The integration with AutoTrader is fantastic! I've also used the easy website designs and they're very smooth.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see is the ability to add my logo to the top corner of just the first image. I'd prefer it not to block any of the other images on the page. It's a small request but it would make things a little cleaner and more customized for my needs.

“Real game changer for our business”

The customizability of MotorDesk has made listing vehicles on our website and other platforms so much easier. It's saved us so much time! And that's just one of the many perks and it integrates with QuickBooks, syncs everything else and has cutting-edge features that let us sell a car entirely online.
Cons
The integration with eBay Motors isn't seamless but honestly, no software really does that perfectly. What's great about MotorDesk is that it at least allows eBay inquiries to flow into the CRM which is a huge plus. Compared to other systems we've used, this one definitely stands out as the best option even if it's not perfect.

“Hands down the best”
Pros
It is very user-friendly. It's taken out all the manual errors we used to have, our old system was always prone to that. The direct data link with our supplier has been a game changer for us. We can now access detailed data for each stock item at the touch of a button. Invoices are generated, edited and issued in seconds, all synced with SAGE. Stock management is easy and pricing changes are immediate.
Cons
Migrating from an entirely manual process to a fully operational online platform wasn't going to be easy. It was a big task to get everything working together but the only real "con" we faced was getting a slightly skeptical team on board with the idea. After we showed them how much it would benefit everyone, they quickly came around and now they wouldn't dream of going back to the old way. It's been a game changer.

The ease of use is unmatched. This is by far the best platform I've ever used. I had been looking for something like this for months and now I wouldn't look back. It has everything I could ask for and then some.

Pros
Now we have one central hub for all our stock and analysis. It links up perfectly with AutoTrader and all our social media platforms.
Cons
It's not a huge issue but sometimes I feel like there are multiple ways to accomplish the same task which could probably be streamlined a bit. Some of it might just be user error on my part but it would be nice if there was a more simple way to do things. But overall, it's still a fantastic system.
