“Avoid using this CRM tool
Pros
This software is developed by Vyapar a trusted leader in business management solutions designed to streamline your operations and boost efficiency. But it did not meet our expectations.
Cons
Customer support is very poor. The mobile app does not display all the features that are available in the browser version. Also there are many inconsistencies between the mobile app and the browser version. The mobile app feels more like a marketing tool to me with no real utility. Plus working with this tool is frustrating because you will face issues daily and the support team is unresponsive.

Pros
NeoDove is an outstanding tool for managing leads. Plus it helps us track every lead throughout the process from initial contact to pre-sales activities, all while offering a user-friendly interface.
Cons
I cannot find complete lead details in the app which is a major missing feature.

NeoDove is simple to use and covers all the key aspects of the business. Plus the support team is fantastic always ready to help. And the product demos are clear, concise and get straight to the point which makes it easy to understand.

I feel like the admin mobile application could be improved a bit.

“Customer support is lacking
Pros
When the support team is available they listen to our concerns and work to resolve them or provide reassurance. However their availability is a major issue. With only a few team members handling support our problems often go unresolved or ignored for long stretches of time.
Cons
We recently bought it. In the start technical support was inconsistent and we are still not live because of a lack of support. The critical team has not been available and without backup resources, things have come to a standstill on our end. Also there is a real shortage of resources to provide customer support.
