What I liked most was that it wasn't complicated. So many tools are hard to use but this one keeps things simple.
Cons
I didn't like that there wasn't always someone available on chat support to answer questions in real time.

Pros
Task Management and reporting modules are features I really enjoy. They give me structure and insights without extra hassle.
Cons
In my opinion opportunities area could be improved further and having a dedicated B2C channel would be a great addition.
