“Did an excellent job for us

Pros

It met all our needs perfectly. The system is very user friendly, not complex at all and provided the necessary documentation and information storage. Plus Notehouse stored important and detailed client records that were easy to access and retrieve.

Cons

We eventually outgrew it as we needed additional tools due to our organization's growth but I was really happy with everything it offered us.

I love how simple it is to use. Plus the tech support is always approachable, quick to investigate issues and resolves them swiftly.

Cons

It would be really helpful if you could sort clients by the most recent modifications. Also I wish there was an option to export more data.

Navigating through it is a very simple task. And I really like being able to attach screenshots and include key dates.

Cons

It can be a bit annoying when the system goes down for updates but I completely understand and appreciate the improvements.

Notehouse software is so simple to use and the pricing is reasonable too. Plus I like the customer support as it is excellent.

I am really looking forward to the HIPAA compliance feature. It would be nice if closing cases were easier to find but now that I know where to look, it is no longer an issue.

It is really easy to use even if you are not very tech-savvy. Also the price is budget-friendly which makes it a great option for small teams or businesses. Plus I like how simple it is to bring in or move out data as you can import and export everything without any headaches. And it saves time and makes managing info a lot smoother.

Cons

The only downside is that I wish I could press enter to select my client instead of having to click submit but other than that everything works great.

Notehouse is so easy to use even if you are new to it. Plus it keeps all our information safe so we do not have to worry about privacy. Also it is really handy for staying organized and keeping track of everything. Whether you are taking notes or managing details, it just works really well and makes life easier.

So far I have not come across any negative aspects.

Nothing so far as it is exactly what I need as a coach managing multiple students across three locations. As it makes it so much easier to provide customized support without missing any important session details.

I really like how simple Notehouse is to use. We have tried several other systems for case notes but this one is definitely the best. Also it is easy to access each other's files, organize them in different ways and generate group lists. Also I love how customizable it is for the type of work we do.

Cons

Well I wish the searches would auto save until reset but that's just me forgetting to tick the box. Nothing major.

It is really simple and works just like it's supposed to. Also everything is easy to find and use so you do not waste time figuring things out. And it is reliable too as I know I can count on it to do the job without any issues. Overall it is a solid tool that delivers exactly what it promises.

Cons

No real cons to mention. But I feel like it would be helpful if we could customize a few more fields but other than that it's great.
