Perfect boards and email tracking

Pros

Right away, the email management tools and the board feature became my favorite parts of the platform. Being able to view all my contacts in one place and stay organized with follow-ups and communication has been incredibly helpful. The interface is user-friendly, the customer support has been consistently reliable and it really feels like I'm getting great value for the money.

Cons

At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike. I'm actually surprised by how quickly I adjusted to the platform and how convenient the switch was from the other CRM tools I used before.

WORTH IT!!

Pros

Between the team collaboration, lead management, email management, customer support and great security, this software checked all the boxes for me. It felt absolutely worth the money.

Cons

I really didn't run into any major problems with it. If I had to name one minor downside, it would be the user interface but aside from that, everything else was top-notch.

reliable lead tracking

Pros

It simply does what it's supposed to do. There aren't a bunch of flashy extras but if all you need is a clear, easy way to track leads and manage prospects, it fits the job well.

Cons

At times, it feels a little outdated, almost like older enterprise SaaS tools. The platform does include more modern capabilities but the interface could use a refresh to make those features easier to find and use.

smart AI call tracking

Pros

One thing this platform gets absolutely right is how it uses AI in ways that are actually useful especially with automatic transcripts and call logging. It never feels like a gimmick. The transcripts are accurate, the summaries are helpful and having calls logged automatically makes a real difference. I can search conversations later, review what happened quickly and trust that every interaction has been properly documented. It feels like a modern CRM that's been built with real day-to-day work in mind.

Cons

If I'm being really picky, the only thing I'd ask for is a bit more control over how the transcripts are formatted, like adjusting spacing or highlighting certain sections differently. That said it's a very minor complaint because the feature itself works flawlessly.

friendly support that delivers

Pros

The support has been excellent. They were patient, genuinely friendly and took the time to help sort out the issues I was having.

Cons

I still can't use the WhatsApp integration in the UK. Right now, the section for running marketing through WhatsApp just isn't available here yet.

clean interface and excellent support

Pros

Right away the clean layout made the platform feel very user-friendly and my team had no trouble importing data. Support has also been outstanding, with fast responses whenever we've needed help and the pricing feels very cost-effective for what we get.

Cons

Everyone on our team is happy with the functionality and the support team has been attentive and helpful throughout. It's been a really positive experience overall.

lead tracking that delivers

Pros

Keeping up with both new leads and existing ones is much more organized now so nobody gets overlooked or slips through the cracks. It also helps me stay on top of potential customers and clearly see where each one is in the sales pipeline.

Cons

A few of the terms were a bit confusing in the beginning so the walkthroughs really came in handy but the collaboration and sharing features are really valuable.

Simple CRM that keeps us organized

Pros

Using this CRM has made day-to-day work much more efficient. It's simple, simple to navigate and does a really good job of keeping everything organized.

Limited functionality on mobile

Pros

Keeping track of leads and deals is easy because the pipeline layout shows exactly where everything stands without having to dig through clutter.

Cons

Mobile app doesn't always line up with the desktop version and is missing some features which can make working on the go less convenient for certain teams.

powerful filtering and support

Pros

The database filtering has been excellent. The eMarketing tools are easy to use and the way the platform captures marketing metrics is genuinely helpful. Customer support has also been outstanding, whether it's through same-day online chat or quickly arranging a video call back.

Cons

A few of the built-in reports could offer broader functionality. I'd really like the option to build custom reports because even though all the data seems to be there, pulling it into a customizable and meaningful report format is still lacking.
