Cons

Pros
The best part to me of this software is the KPIs and the categorization it provides for tracking performance stats.
Cons
What bugs me the most is the lack of custom templates and the long as it forced steps you have to take just to close a ticket. Also resolved ones hang around too long for no reason.

I feel like Octopus CRM is the best option for those interested in cold outreach. Cold emailing is a new trend and they have been known for this for a while. Also they offer great pricing and a user friendly interface.
Cons
There are not enough help files for education-specific issues which makes things difficult for us mainly when we are stuck.

Well I would not recommend this product as it puts leads into buckets.
Cons
Each step has to be tied to another one just to get things working. I have to manually shift leads from one stage to the next which feels more like a manual task list than real automation. Plus the tool only runs if LinkedIn is active and it ends up opening way too many Chrome tabs. And none of the lower-tier plans really offer anything useful and even on the premium plan, setting up the so called automation still takes a lot of time.

Octopus delivers what it promises as it automates four things when prospecting on LinkedIn Connect, Message, Visit, and Endorse. Also I find it simple to use, no training needed and within minutes, you can start prospecting.
Cons
It is quite difficult to customize pipelines or add labels to prospects the way I want.

Cons
There are times when I lose track of how to run the software properly. Also it would be really helpful if the system gave some kind of guidance or hints along the way instead of making you sit through a tutorial video.

What I like about Octopus is how easy it is to learn, understand and use. Plus they have a great customer support team that is always ready to help. And the people are amazing, always going above and beyond making Octopus CRM even better.
Cons
I have been using it every day for over a year and while it is a great tool. However they rarely push any updates so yes there is definitely room for upgrades.
