A truly remarkable experience with it

Pros

Sending LinkedIn connection requests with Octopus CRM is simple. Also it allows us to view multiple LinkedIn profiles helping build a strong marketing and customer base.

Cons

There is nothing about it that I dislike.

Not happy with the customer service

Pros

It is an easy tool to use. Plus I like the interface too as it is clear and user friendly.

Cons

Still have not heard back from support even though I am paying for the service. As I reached out to them three times and got zero replies.

This CRM is essential

Pros

The features in this software allow us to communicate more efficiently and it is also easy to use.

Cons

Switching over from another CRM was not easy at all as I expected mainly with this one.

An average tool, nothing special

Pros

One thing I like about it is that you can save time on cold emailing and customize your messages.

Cons

There is no way to set up messages to go out in a specific order which I wish were not the case.

Easy solutions for integrating e-commerce

Pros

The connectivity with retail POS systems and e-commerce is seamless making it easy for us to integrate and manage both platforms.

Cons

Well the interface feels a bit complex and sometimes it takes forever to reload which annoys me a lot.

The most reliable automation tool

Pros

I like how easy it is to use, the interface is also very basic and it automates my work in sending LinkedIn connection requests.

Cons

Trial lasts just 7 days and pricing is a bit too high but overall I must say it is still a solid platform.

Really amazing product

Pros

Well I love being able to send LinkedIn connection requests and follow up messages automatically.

Cons

I do not get many personalization options and you are stuck with just one follow up message.

Has a lot of bugs

Pros

The best part to me of this software is the KPIs and the categorization it provides for tracking performance stats.

Cons

What bugs me the most is the lack of custom templates and the long as it forced steps you have to take just to close a ticket. Also resolved ones hang around too long for no reason.

Great value for money and easy to use

Pros

A reliable cloud option

Pros

I feel like Octopus CRM is the best option for those interested in cold outreach. Cold emailing is a new trend and they have been known for this for a while. Also they offer great pricing and a user friendly interface.

Cons

There are not enough help files for education-specific issues which makes things difficult for us mainly when we are stuck.

No automation features available

Pros

Well I would not recommend this product as it puts leads into buckets.

Cons

Each step has to be tied to another one just to get things working. I have to manually shift leads from one stage to the next which feels more like a manual task list than real automation. Plus the tool only runs if LinkedIn is active and it ends up opening way too many Chrome tabs. And none of the lower-tier plans really offer anything useful and even on the premium plan, setting up the so called automation still takes a lot of time.

Delivers as promised

Pros

Octopus delivers what it promises as it automates four things when prospecting on LinkedIn Connect, Message, Visit, and Endorse. Also I find it simple to use, no training needed and within minutes, you can start prospecting.

Cons

It is quite difficult to customize pipelines or add labels to prospects the way I want.

Really helps grow your LinkedIn

Pros

I like the CRM feature and the ability to choose which contacts I want to interact with. Also it is very easy to use.

Cons

There are times when I lose track of how to run the software properly. Also it would be really helpful if the system gave some kind of guidance or hints along the way instead of making you sit through a tutorial video.

The BEST!

Pros

Everyone knows that contacts and customers appreciate receiving personalized messages and they particularly enjoy the follow up endorsement messages. Octopus CRM helps us in this pretty well.

Cons

Managing contacts during emails or other communication gets a little difficult for us at times.

Excellent tool for LinkedIn automation

Pros

What I like about Octopus is how easy it is to learn, understand and use. Plus they have a great customer support team that is always ready to help. And the people are amazing, always going above and beyond making Octopus CRM even better.

Cons

I have been using it every day for over a year and while it is a great tool. However they rarely push any updates so yes there is definitely room for upgrades.

A wonderful tool

Pros

Well the ability to capture information and contact details from LinkedIn is a feature I find the best.
