“All in one solution!

Pros

The user interface is really great and it was easy to get the hang of. The implementation was fast and simple which made getting started a easy. I didn't run into any issues and it didn't take much time at all to set up.

Cons

I haven't come across anything to complain about yet. So far, everything has been working great and I honestly can't fault it at this point.

“Very efficient tool

Pros

It is really easy to use and makes integrating all the information systems we need to run our supply chain management so much more efficient. It's definitely good value for money and will save us a lot of costs down the line. Plus, it's helped us avoid spending big on outsourcing which is a huge plus.

Cons

No drawbacks so far for how we're using it. Everything seems to be running smoothly and it's been pretty much perfect for our needs.

Pros

The OKi CRM system has really helped us build stronger, positive relationships with our customers. It's also streamlined our processes which has led to increased sales, better customer service and overall higher profitability. It's made a big difference in how we operate.

Cons

A lot of software solutions out there fall into one or more CRM categories which can get confusing. But It's really simple and easy to use.
