“The best customer support in the industry
Pros
The easy application process ensures we capture all the info we need while making it simple for candidates to apply. Role based permissions let us customize the system for each type of internal user in the recruitment process. It also automatically creates Microsoft Teams interview links for remote candidates.
Cons
The mobile app could definitely be improved but most users including myself, tend to use Oleeo on a laptop or PC.

“Our first experience
Pros
Tracking applications through the process is quick and simple compared to the old paper based system where we had piles of applications. Being able to configure the software to fit our exact business needs was a huge selling point and our config team can make changes to meet the recruitment team's needs. The reports we can generate now only take minutes for simple ones and up to an hour for complex multi-page reports, instead of days of manually sorting through paper files.
Cons
As a superuser, I haven't found anything I dislike about the software. Any minor bugs are quickly fixed.

“Saves Time, Needs Better Navigation
Pros
It has really reduced our recruitment team's admin time, cutting out a lot of manual tasks during the application stage. I also love that we can configure the system ourselves as superusers.
Cons
It would be helpful if the software took me back to the last dashboard tab I was on when going back a page. I don't like that it always returns to the first tab. Also, I'd prefer an option to 'save' changes made in the form editor or process flows instead of it auto-saving every time, so I can test thoroughly and revert to the previous version if something doesn't work.

Pros
I appreciate the self configuration feature which gives me flexibility in processes and the customer support is top notch.
Cons
A more flexible referencing process would make onboarding much easier.

Pros
I've only been using the software for a few months but I'm really impressed with how it works so far. The client support team is amazing, nothing's ever too much trouble.
Cons
I haven't had any specific issues with the system itself but it does slow down when running large reports. That might be more about other factors than just the system.

Pros
The offer tools work well and managing applications and creating new vacancies using templates is very simple. We can also self configure some of our changes.
Cons
We can't integrate video interviewing or Teams invites directly into the software. The interview function isn't as simple as we'd like, it requires multiple steps. There's an add on for video interviews but it's unsupported and doesn't fit our needs. We also can't easily cancel an interview if an applicant cancels and need to record the cancellation. Ad-hoc interviews don't allow us to specify the interview state which is important for reporting. Plus, we can't bulk upload vacancies in a way that works for us and reporting functions aren't always easy. Managing duplicates is tricky too, as the system wants to merge to the original email and it doesn't always work for applicants.

“A tool you can rely on daily
Pros
It rarely crashes in the web browser and it has a great level of detail and thought put into it. It has allowed me to process five times more candidates than I would have without it.
Cons
The app crashes frequently, making it almost unusable. Some features of the ATS are not user friendly and small changes take longer than necessary. Every change no matter how small, comes with a cost and it's not cheap.

“Flexible & creative CRM solution
Pros
This is one of the most flexible ATS systems I've used. The provider can make changes to customize it for our specific user experience and application flow. The system handles multiple decisions for various streams which has saved us time and allowed for more automation, improving efficiency.
Cons
Some of the configuration is complex and takes a lot of time to set up. You need to invest time upfront to plan and scope out what you need, as the supplier requires a lot of detail before they can build anything for you.

I love that it's fully customizable and allows me to add my own workflows. On top of that, the support team is awesome.
Cons
The initial implementation was slow and internal staff needed configuration training to make changes.
