“Ditched spreadsheets for good”
Pros
Moving from Excel sheets to this platform was a game changer for our project management. Before, we were stuck maintaining duplicate data across multiple spreadsheets which was incredibly inconvenient. The tool helped us organize everything with proper architecture and set up data sharing based on manager and employee privileges. Creating different views with saved filters has been incredibly helpful and it really improves the user experience for our team. Their customer service is excellent and always responds quickly when we need help.
Cons
While the permissions system is quite intelligent, it lacks view-specific permissions which can be limiting at times.

Pros
I really appreciate how this system lets me save price quote templates that I can reuse regularly, it's such a time saver. The automation features are particularly impressive since they can pull data from documents and automatically create or update records. We rely on it every day for managing our leads, opportunities and quotes. The interface is simple to use and their customer support team has been fantastic whenever we've needed help.
Cons
Still waiting for the iPhone app they promised and it's pretty disappointing since mobile access would be really helpful for our workflow.

It's very user friendly to use, everyone on our team can access it whether there in the office or on mobile. Honestly I can't imagine running things without it now.
Cons
The free version only supports 2 users, so we ended up having to purchase a paid plan which was disappointing.
