“Unique & user friendly lead management
Pros
The lead management features work really well and I appreciate how it streamlines sales processes without the usual delays. Customer engagement feels much smoother now and both our team and clients benefit from faster, more efficient interactions with the business.
Cons
It really needs better integration with financial platforms. I can't properly track sales made through EMI options right now. Also missing an automated email feature to notify customers when there due dates are approaching.

Pros
I find it really helpful for managing leads before they convert to sales. The engagement features work well and it's versatile enough to use across different industries.
Cons
The free version comes with quite a few restrictions, though I can't really complain about much else with this software.
