“Solid data procurement solution
Pros
I've found this tool really useful for getting risk scores based on supplier risk factors. It sends me alerts whenever something important happens with a supplier, like major company changes or new risks emerging.
Cons
It feels overwhelming for smaller operations like ours and honestly, the high pricing doesn't help when you're already struggling to figure out how to use it effectively.

“Excellent Support Solution!
Pros
I like how comprehensive the ticketing system is and the way it integrates smoothly with our other tools. The interface is simple enough that our team picked it up quickly and the customer service features are quite flexible. It's made managing support requests much more efficient overall.
Cons
Setting it up initially was very challenging and the configuration process felt overly complex. The user interface can be frustrating at times. These areas could really use some improvement.

“Great cloud platform
Pros
I've been working with this platform since I started my career and really appreciate how simple data management becomes. The analytics capabilities are robust and deliver meaningful insights that actually help with decision-making. Cross device tracking is particularly valuable for understanding how customers move through there journey across different touchpoints.
Cons
I've noticed security concerns when handling large datasets and the price is very high for what I get.

“Fantastic B2B Marketing Solution
Pros
The way it eliminates guesswork in marketing campaigns is incredible, it's like having a smart assistant that knows exactly who to target and when. I really appreciate how it personalizes messages, making everything feel genuine rather than like typical mass marketing. also, the insights it delivers help me constantly see what's working and what needs tweaking, so I'm always getting better results.
Cons
It crashes unexpectedly and no one can figure out what's causing it and really frustrating when your in the middle of something important.

“Easy to use
Pros
I find it really user friendly. There's this helpful widget that makes checking around much easier when you can't find what you're looking for.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints since this is the only system I've used at work, so I can't compare it to anything else.

“Disappointing Sales Experience with Oracle
Pros
I was impressed by the excellent support team and how quickly we could get everything up and running. The customization options are really solid and the features stack up well against other major cloud providers like AWS and Azure.
Cons
The pricing structure becomes a real headache once you scale up to the enterprise level. Even though we got a great deal as a startup with excellent customer support, the costs started spiraling out of control as we grew. What's most frustrating is getting charged for database and object storage we don't even use and it feels like paying for features we never asked for.

“Great tool for marketing automation
Pros
The interface feels really interactive and I appreciate how much I can customize campaigns to fit exactly what I need. Being able to send relevant messages across multiple channels has been a game-changer for our outreach. The detailed analytics are fantastic too and they help me understand customer behavior better and create more effective segments that actually improve the overall experience.
Cons
The biggest downside I've encountered is how rigid the customization options can be. When you need something specific for your campaigns, it doesn't always bend the way you want it to. I've had to look for workarounds outside the system just to get certain requirements met which can be frustrating when your trying to streamline everything in one place.

“Game changer!
Pros
I'm really impressed with how this gives our sales team instant access to performance data and actionable insights that actually help us close more deals. The pipeline management keeps everything organized in one place which has been a game-changer for tracking opportunities. The reporting features are flexible enough to show exactly what we need and being able to access everything from my phone means I never miss important updates. It keeps getting better with regular updates and new features too.
Cons
I had to invest time in training to really get the hang of it. The interface feels overly complicated at times and can be hard to use which makes it tough to get work done efficiently.

“Smart Business Management Tool
Pros
I find it very user friendly. The way it presents our business data makes complex information digestible at a glance. Quick decision-making has become much easier since the interface is so interactive. The integration capabilities with our existing tools create a smooth workflow that keeps everything running efficiently.
Cons
At first, I find the interface pretty confusing and overwhelming, there's so much functionality packed in that it took me a while to figure out where everything was. It's difficult to use than I expected and I ended up spending more time than I'd like just trying to use and figure out the basic features.

“Perfect for B2C Email Campaigns
Pros
I have been using this email marketing automation tool for 2 years now and it's been my go-to for B2C campaigns. The functionality is really impressive and it adapts well to different accounts depending on their specific marketing needs. Everything from hosting images and GIFs to HTML templates form builders, link tables and campaign scheduling works smoothly. What really stands out is getting campaign performance through a single live report URL.
Cons
The interface feels more like a backend system rather than having that polished front-end experience you'd expect. While it functions well and is easy to use, the design could be more user-friendly. Integration is smooth though and even newcomers can easily set up email strategies for promotional or trigger campaigns. The backend support team is also quite responsive.

“Powerful Email Marketing Solution
Pros
The relational database structure is really useful for organizing all my data needs. It includes three main table types, the primary Contacts List for static user info like emails and names, Profile Extension Tables for dynamic data like marketing preferences in a 1:1 setup and Supplemental Tables that handle 1:N relationships or standalone data like product catalogs. I like being able to pull data using standard filters or SQL views to build specific audiences. The automated import/export jobs with the FTP server make managing data smooth. The campaign editor's dynamic content regions are great. I can create one campaign and personalize it based on list fields, so instead of making 10 separate campaigns for different languages, I just need one. The automation editor (called Programs) uses an easy drag-and-drop interface with plenty of switches, timers and conditions to set up different workflow paths.
Cons
The ecommerce integration can be pretty challenging , you'll definitely want someone with solid development skills to handle it. What's really frustrating is that even if you're already using Oracle Responsys and Oracle Commerce Cloud, you still need to pay for a third Oracle product just to get them talking to each other and sync your order and product data properly.
