Solid data procurement solution

Pros

I've found this tool really useful for getting risk scores based on supplier risk factors. It sends me alerts whenever something important happens with a supplier, like major company changes or new risks emerging.

Cons

It feels overwhelming for smaller operations like ours and honestly, the high pricing doesn't help when you're already struggling to figure out how to use it effectively.

Excellent Support Solution!

Pros

I like how comprehensive the ticketing system is and the way it integrates smoothly with our other tools. The interface is simple enough that our team picked it up quickly and the customer service features are quite flexible. It's made managing support requests much more efficient overall.

Cons

Setting it up initially was very challenging and the configuration process felt overly complex. The user interface can be frustrating at times. These areas could really use some improvement.
