“Reliable Database Management Solution
Pros
It's easy to use and feels a lot like SAP. I use this platform every day for my work tasks.
Cons
It's frustrating that there's no quick way to generate purchase orders or sales orders. You have to go through every step each time which really slows down the workflow especially when you're dealing with multiple orders.

Cons
It's pretty rigid and when you need custom integrations or something out of the ordinary, getting support can be tough. I'd really appreciate better access to real people for help, rather than just getting automated responses.

I appreciate how this covers twenty different industries with specialized solutions. The CRM capabilities are strong and they've definitely helped us improve our customer service. It's clearly designed for mid to large-sized businesses which is perfect for us.
Cons
Working with large datasets can be really frustrating since bulk access takes forever. I've to break everything down into smaller chunks to speed things up which is honestly a pain. The export process is the same when there's too much data, the whole system just slows down to a crawl.

The campaign management features are solid too, letting me build campaigns and actually track their performance with clear ROI metrics. What stands out most is the customer service toolkit, case management, knowledge base and SLA tracking all work smoothly. Plus, it's designed for different industries like telecom, finance and public sector, so it actually understands our specific business needs instead of being a one-size-fits-all solution.
Cons
The implementation process can be really tough especially for smaller companies that don't have dedicated IT teams to handle the complexity. The user interface feels outdated from the start, and navigating through it isn't simple which makes it harder for teams to get productive.

The accuracy is pretty solid when it's functioning properly and I've found the data to be reliable most of the time.
Cons
The interface looks like it's from decades ago. Oracle doesn't really seem to prioritize user experience. After using this for over 3.5 years, I can say it's diificult to use and daily use still feels frustrating. You're always going back and forth between screens, hunting for basic info and repeating the same steps. The system freezes and crashes all the time which is unacceptable for such a big company. Even my tech-savvy coworkers, who've been using it for years, still struggle with its complexity. For such a major software company, the programming quality is surprisingly poor and the whole experience feels outdated and user hostile.
