My go to CRM!

Pros

It really helps with managing data mining and processing tasks, plus it handles scoring and premonitoring pretty well.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything that wasn't helpful about this platform.

Efficient tool!

Pros

This web based CRM grows alongside our company smoothly. We can shift business functions between areas without losing any data which is huge for us. The way it pulls information from different sources and replicates everything across multiple remote locations means our data is always accessible when we need it, no more worrying about losing important information. The recording module has been particularly useful since it lets us store audio files on a private, PCI-compliant server and link them directly to customer records for easy reference. Having our own dedicated admin to monitor the database and maintain data accuracy has been great too especially since we're using the myadmin module integration.

Cons

I wish it had better tools for pulling customer contact information automatically. The email marketing works fine for sending out bulk messages but there's no way to analyze how well your content is performing or get insights into the marketing data you're sending out.

Best CRM with smooth integration

Pros

I find this easy to use and user-friendly. The import/export features make finding clients and candidates simple. What I really appreciate is how well it integrates across different operating systems. The meeting planning and scheduling tools are easy and I love how simple it is to filter candidates and track their files throughout the entire process.

Cons

Loading candidate info takes forever which really slows down my workflow. The email functionality feels pretty outdated since there's no built-in email system and you have to rely on external options.

Professional solution so far

Pros

I appreciate how it pulls data from multiple sources and displays everything through one flexible interface. The architecture is solid even with massive datasets, accessing information from the database stays fast. Since we've been using this system, data loss isn't even a concern anymore because it automatically replicates and backs up everything across different servers in various locations. The open API is fantastic for integration, letting us connect through our existing systems and web pages seamlessly. What really stands out are the modules that extend functionality to match our specific company requirements. We implemented the analytics module and it's been incredible for business intelligence, gives us on demand insights that help us make sense of our data.

Cons

I wish I had more control over customizing the interface as an admin even though user accessibility settings are very comprehensive. Also concerning that there's no built-in protection against internal data tampering or fraud that's a real security gap.

Great Customer Management Tool

Pros

All in one solution

Pros

I can easily keep all my client conversations organized, stay on top of sales progress and make good use of the email marketing features.

Cons

The dashboard looks outdated and could really use a more user-friendly design with a cleaner, modern appearance.

Pros

A complete solution!

Pros

I really appreciate how this keeps all my client and contact information in one place, it's made staying organized so much easier. The communication features have definitely streamlined how I interact with clients too.

Cons

Made communication much smoother

Pros
