“solid practice management value”
Pros
The platform covers nearly everything I need for running my practice! The pricing feels very reasonable and the support team replies quickly whenever I need help.
Cons
Only thing I'd really love to see is an integration with Clarityflow for asynchronous communication though that's more of a wishlist item than an actual complaint.

“Really makes things efficient”
Pros
Having everything in one platform is an advantage especially the automated contracts and the ability to modify bundle options for different types of clients. Once you get used to how it works it becomes really convenient for handling things efficiently. They've also made some recent updates that make the platform more appealing overall.
Cons
Even though it covers a lot in one place the integrations are pretty limited and the pricing feels a bit high. That can be a real barrier for newer or smaller businesses trying to keep costs down. It's also somewhat limiting that access is only available through the web.

“Convenient tool”
Pros
Easy to get started with and the key tools I need are all gathered in one place which makes managing things much more convenient.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to learn with it and I'm pretty sure I'm still not making full use of all the features it offers.

“security answers were disappointing”
Pros
I really wanted to use this software since a lot of its features seem genuinely useful for this type of work.
Cons
My concern started when I contacted support with questions about data security. At first they replied with vague terms like "industry standard" and "continuous protections." When I asked for more specific detail (such as whether they use end to end encryption or how I would access my schedule during a service outage) they responded that they are a very small team serving thousands of customers and therefore can't answer detailed security questions and could only direct me to their privacy policy. They also said they would understand if I chose another solution. That response made me feel they likely haven't properly planned for service disruptions or data security because those are fairly simple questions to address when those measures are actually in place.

Pros
Platform is simple to use and very easy to figure out! It includes payment plans, questionnaires, intake forms, a client portal and plenty more. I absolutely love it!
Cons
Nothing negative to report about it for now!
