Every time I've contacted their team they've gotten back to me within 24 hours with the exact information I needed which has been really reassuring. I also appreciate how comprehensive their services are. When I was getting ready to relaunch my coaching business I explored a number of companies that offered similar support. After doing a lot of research this one felt like the best fit and up to this point that decision has absolutely felt like the right one.

Cons

I don't have any negatives to mention right now. My experience with them is still fairly new and it has been very positive so far.

Pros

From the start it has felt like an amazing product! It covers all the essentials really well: strong value, simple to use and an interface that's easy to figure out. The support has also been outstanding (James especially! but honestly the whole team!). It really comes across that they believe in both their product and in helping people successfully launch their businesses. The software has been exactly that for me. On top of that it automates so many of the repetitive tasks we all have to keep reminding ourselves to do. There are also live sessions and plenty of online help documents available which answer a lot of questions.

Cons

The only thing I wish it had is SEO capabilities. However there are practical workarounds that still make sense like connecting the software to my blog site which is what I plan to do. Plus there are plenty of other ways to build visibility through social media.

Pros

There really wasn't anything positive about the customer service when my subscription renewed. I tried to cancel on the renewal date but it was impossible to get in touch with an actual person. The automated chat didn't offer any real help, couldn't resolve the issue and gave me no useful cancellation guidance. Because of that I ended up being charged for another full year of service I did not want.

Cons

It gives no advance warning before an automatic renewal goes through. Once you try to cancel getting hold of a real support person is nearly impossible. All I got were emails and AI chat responses and neither provided the help I needed to stop the service.

Pros

Setting up my packages is really easy and my clients can purchase and book their sessions all in the same place which is incredibly convenient.

Cons

One thing that's missing is the ability to track potential clients before they actually buy. I was hoping to keep tabs on the women I'm reaching out to and see where each person is in my pipeline.

Pros

It has seriously been saving my sanity. Within just a few days I was able to launch a fully functional attractive landing page with all of my coaching packages clearly presented.

At this point I haven't run into any disappointments and I'm really happy with how the features work.

One thing that really stands out about Paperbell is how many resources it offers to help you understand the platform and find your way around the site.

Tech and I usually do not get along at all. The first coaching website I tried was so complicated that I never fully figured it out and it did not bring me a single inquiry. I managed to build my site here in just one day off and after someone from thei team checked it over only two small things needed fixing. It is very user friendly and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a coaching website.

Setting everything up was very easy and the whole platform has been simple to use. I was able to move everything over from Kajabi in less than half a day.

I'm running both an online and in person practice and it doesn't really feel like this softwae is built well for in person or hybrid setups. Also having to pay in USD is a downside since the Canadian dollar is so weak right now which makes it feel expensive.

Everytime I've had questions the response time has been really quick and the answers are thoughtful and well informed which has been incredibly helpful.

The only downside is needing to buy my own domain name if I want the website to feel fully branded as mine instead of showing softwarename/myname.

Having the landing page, packages, booking and payments all together in one place has been incredibly helpful. I'm genuinely impressed with the whole setup and it's a big advantage that the payment system follows Swedish tax regulations and gives me the exact information I need.

I honestly struggle to come up with many drawbacks. If anything it's that more people don't seem to know about the platform yet and they may not immediately recognize the name in my link as a coaching website. I also wish I had more time to explore everything it offers and I'm excited to sign up more clients through the site.

Everything feels well organized and easy and I really appreciate being able to make changes and updates to the landing page whenever needed.

There are still a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful to have generic automated messages triggered by client actions such as thank you messages. AI-powered guidance for both the user and the client would also be a nice addition. I'd also like to see more customization options in the web editor especially for fonts, text and colors. Having a mobile app could be useful too.

It has the features I actually need and I've been able to adjust it as my business has evolved. I've also really appreciated the improved support and the recent UI updates.

I'd still like to see the scheduling options offer more features more along the lines of Calendly.

The frustrating part was having to use Stripe for payments even though PayPal appears as an option since I already had a PayPal account and expected to use that instead.

Has been a great 'all in one' platform for my coaching business. It's easy, user friendly and saves me a ton of time by covering every administrative task needed to run things professionally, efficiently and in a welcoming way. The instructions are clear, concise and actually engaging which makes getting started much easier. Their support team is also incredible! They reply to emails quickly and with thorough answers. Both coaches and clients will genuinely enjoy using this software.

Cons

Truly value just about everything it offers and can't think of anything I would want changed.
