renewal support was impossible

Pros

There really wasn't anything positive about the customer service when my subscription renewed. I tried to cancel on the renewal date but it was impossible to get in touch with an actual person. The automated chat didn't offer any real help, couldn't resolve the issue and gave me no useful cancellation guidance. Because of that I ended up being charged for another full year of service I did not want.

Cons

It gives no advance warning before an automatic renewal goes through. Once you try to cancel getting hold of a real support person is nearly impossible. All I got were emails and AI chat responses and neither provided the help I needed to stop the service.

Great automation!

Pros

From the start it has felt like an amazing product! It covers all the essentials really well: strong value, simple to use and an interface that's easy to figure out. The support has also been outstanding (James especially! but honestly the whole team!). It really comes across that they believe in both their product and in helping people successfully launch their businesses. The software has been exactly that for me. On top of that it automates so many of the repetitive tasks we all have to keep reminding ourselves to do. There are also live sessions and plenty of online help documents available which answer a lot of questions.

Cons

The only thing I wish it had is SEO capabilities. However there are practical workarounds that still make sense like connecting the software to my blog site which is what I plan to do. Plus there are plenty of other ways to build visibility through social media.

Every time I've contacted their team they've gotten back to me within 24 hours with the exact information I needed which has been really reassuring. I also appreciate how comprehensive their services are. When I was getting ready to relaunch my coaching business I explored a number of companies that offered similar support. After doing a lot of research this one felt like the best fit and up to this point that decision has absolutely felt like the right one.

I don't have any negatives to mention right now. My experience with them is still fairly new and it has been very positive so far.
