“content management is limited but functional
Pros
Onboarding was quite good from my experience and the app itself was simple to get started with.
Cons
I find content management to be somewhat limited and less powerful than expected.

“Customizable features and workflows for greater flexibility
Pros
What I enjoyed most was the option to use different features separately and then link them into custom flows. On other tools, this would've been very hard or not possible at all.
Cons
The system feels a little heavy and difficult to learn at first but I think that's no different from other platforms with a steep learning curve.

“all in one customizable platform
Pros
For me, the biggest strength is having so many tools in one place with the ability to customize them. It gives me control and flexibility at the same time.
Cons
I noticed there's a learning curve and occasional bugs show up from time to time.

“Easy to understand, simple to upload files
Pros
This platform has been very easy for me to understand and work with. Uploading files like CSV or Excel is simple and it makes work easier for both clients and employees. Less effort is needed for daily tasks, freeing up time for bigger priorities. With a little practice, it feels smooth to use and the support team has always been there when I needed them.
Cons
A frustration I've had is that automatic notifications and reminder emails often end up in the junk folder, even when they contain useful information.

“completely changed the way we work
Pros
My experience with this tool has completely changed the way we work. Everything runs in one connected system now and it has automated so many processes that used to take extra time. Compared to what we used before, this is night and day, it's way more user friendly and efficient.
Cons
I'm still in the process of learning the system. I'm fairly tech savvy but the training provided by the support team has been incredibly helpful in getting me up to speed.

Pros
I've used the campaigns and notification features to share updates with students and it really simplified communication for me.
Cons
Some parts of the platform aren't simple for me and occasional glitches slow down the completion of my tasks, making things take longer than expected.

Pros
From my perspective, the user interface is clear, the tools are easy to use and uploading Excel or CSV files is simple. It keeps the whole process smooth for me.
Cons
Another issue is that follow up reminders and notifications sometimes get flagged as junk mail which is inconvenient for me and my team.
