Pros
The flexibility and customization options really stand out to me. Being able to adjust the software to our specific business requirements has been incredibly valuable. The interface is simple enough that both new and experienced users can use it without any trouble. I appreciate how we can easily add modules to enhance our existing workflows and boost efficiency. The community support and documentation have helped us resolve issues quickly. Overall its been amazing tool for managing our customer relationships more effectively.
Cons
Setting up the advanced features can be really tricky especially if youre not tech savvy like me. The interface feels a bit outdated in some spots and could definitely use a more modern look with better responsiveness. Ive also noticed it starts to slow down when dealing with larger datasets which can be frustrating during busy periods. Its a solid tool overall but these issues definitely need some attention.

“Simple Tool for Better Efficiency

The community support here is incredible. Its definitely one of the standout features that sets it apart from other options I've tried.
Cons
The performance can be pretty sluggish at times and I am honestly worried about the security vulnerabilities in the PHP CRM. These are serious issues that need addressing.

“Flexible system
Pros
I appreciate how customizable this platform is. You can really adjust it to fit your specific workflow needs. The open source availability is a huge plus. From a budget standpoint its incredibly affordable compared to other solutions we have looked at. Integration with our existing tools was smoother than expected and the scalability means we wont outgrow it anytime soon. Security features are good although they may be improved further.
Cons
Setting up custom features can be pretty overwhelming. Keeping everything updated and maintained requires constant attention which eats into our time. Ive noticed some security gaps that make me nervous about sensitive data and the user experience seems to vary alot depending on whos using it. Some people love it while others struggle with the interface.

“Boosting Growth Potential
Pros
The free version comes packed with surprisingly nice features. I can manage leads, contacts and basic sales funnels without any limitations. Having everything self hosted gives me real peace of mind knowing my data stays on my own servers where I control it.
Cons
The dashboard feels messy and disorganized making it hard to find what I need. Important stuff like appointments and pending issues get lost in all the data which makes it tough to stay on top of my priorities and get things done on time.

I've discovered that this CRM comes packed with an incredible range of features perfect for development projects. For small businesses working with tight budgets its honestly been a lifesaver since it brings together all the essential customer management functions under one roof.
Cons
The system feels limited when youre trying to dig deep into specific data points or detailed reports. Another issue is that it doesnt provide the detailed results we need for analyzing our sales funnel performance.
