I use Pipeline CRM to keep track of my sales leads and manage customer relationships - it's been a game changer!

Pros

Pipeline CRMs interface is quite user-friendly and its customization options make managing my leads pretty easily.

Cons

I wish Pipeline CRM had more integration options with other software tools to further streamline my workflow.

Automates everything!

Pros

I like being able to set up pipelines to track every aspect of my business. We use them for employee management and for tracking business growth.

Cons

If I accidentally move contacts to the wrong column, they may receive incorrect messages based on the setup which cause trouble and opportunities for each contact sometimes duplicate without a clear reason.

Nice tool to use

Pros

With the software I found it easy to locate the information I needed in the database.

Cons

Since using a CRM is not central to my role, I have not fully explored all its features or used them to their full potential. However, I feel like understanding all the features is not a simple task.
