“Still can't figure out if it is a scam or just a careless company
Pros
From the start Pipeline gave me confidence that they could handle all my needs which really stood out to me.
Cons
They did not really listen to my needs until after I'd spent $1000 on expert consultant fees and in the end there were no results.

Pipeline CRM is very easy to use with plenty of customization options that make lead management a very simple and less time consuming task.
Cons

Pros
One of my favorite features is how you can set up pipelines to track literally everything in your business. As we have customized ours for employee tracking and business growth!
Cons
If you accidentally put someone in the wrong column, they might get messages that do not apply to them which can be confusing. Also the system sometimes creates duplicate opportunities for the same contact and I am not really sure why that happens. It can make things messy and harder to manage.

Everything about it is good. Mainly finding people in the database was really simple which I appreciated.
Cons
Since using a CRM is not really part of my job I have not explored all the features and maybe not in their best form. But even so it was not always easy to understand everything the system offered.

“Awful customer service experience
Pros
Honestly it did not work for us. Our outbound sales rep liked it but no one else in the office was on board.
Cons
The customer service was honestly terrible. They did not provide any real help or solutions to our issues and when we expressed frustration and considered other options, the rep just told us, Go ahead, there are plenty of others out there.

It seems like a pwoerful tool for getting our database info into the hands of the sales team to drive sales.
Cons
We have not been able to get our database integrated with it and even the person who was originally handling it could not figure it out before they left the company. Now we are stuck and need help but the system just does not feel user-friendly to us. It has been tough trying to figure things out on our own.

“Good software but we have moved on from it
Pros
Pipeline CRM is very user friendly and easy to use. Plus we can add a bunch of custom fields for tracking and reporting however we need.
Cons
It does not have invoicing or estimates/proposals, the email integration only works with Gmail and there are no online payment options. And though it is good for keeping track of people but it does not really help us make money once a sale is made.

“Not fancy but does the job
Pros
I like how it handles recurring tasks as it keeps everything organized without me having to redo the setup each time. Also the import and export options are also really handy when I need to move data around or back things up. Makes managing things a whole lot easier.
Cons
The calendar and Gmail integrations are poor. They do work but there is definitely room for improvement. Overall the look and feel of the system could be much better.

Well I have been trying to build a sales page but I cannot access anything as it is like everything's just blocked or broken. On top of that their customer support is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. They are very slow to respond and not helpful at all. Overall it has been a really frustrating experience.
Cons
As soon as I log in all I see is a frozen blue screen and I cannot do anything. Reaching out to customer support has not helped at all. It usually takes them over a day to reply and every time, all they say is we've reset your password which does nothing to fix the issue. I even used the app to build sales pages and it somehow messed up my domain certificates causing a huge mess. But even then their only response was the same unhelpful line about resetting my password. It has been a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Pros
There are few things I like. It is a one time purchase with no monthly fees which I really like. Also it is affordable and saves me money in the long run since I don't have to worry about ongoing subscription costs.
Cons
Since there is no ongoing subscription, it feels like they are not interested in helping current customers anymore. They have already made their money so there is no motivation to offer real support. One major issue is the lead form as although it's embedded on our website, it redirects through their system. Because of that I lose all tracking in Google Analytics and cannot see where my leads are coming from. This makes it really hard to figure out which marketing channels are working. I have been reaching out to support for months and after a few replies early on, they have completely stopped responding. I have sent 4 or 5 follow up emails and have not heard a thing back.
