Pros

I really like how this connects with WhatsApp and lets me create automated quotes that I can customize. The workflow funnels are simple to set up and it handles the basics of what I need in a CRM pretty well.

Cons

The quote customization process is a bit tricky since you have to upload everything as PDFs which can be time consuming when you need to make quick changes.
