“client info, deadlines and reminders in one place
Pros
With this platform, I keep all client information in one place, set deadlines and track reminders easily. I'm still new to using it but the support team has been great at answering my questions.
Cons
So far, I haven't found anything to dislike, though I still have a way to go before I'm using Pixie to its full potential.

I really enjoy the email integration and client files which give my team all the information they need in one place.
Cons
Task management feels a little unfamiliar to me at the moment but I'm gradually getting the hang of it.

“simple tool for managing tasks
Pros
Switching to this tool from an alternative was quick and smooth for me. It's simple to set up workflows and it helps me manage bookkeeping tasks while maintaining simple onboarding for clients.
Cons
Only thing I'm not keen on is needing Zapier for certain integrations, though I understand direct options are coming soon which will make things easier.

What I like most is how this platform focuses on simple yet customizable workflows, making it easy to standardize processes and add automation.
Cons
I like how secure it is for handling sensitive client documents but I don't find it fully suited yet as a complete client DMS portal.

Pros
For me, it's very easy to use and I love being able to customize almost everything according to my business needs.
Cons
The integrations could be broader and I'd also love to save items into folders to prevent file and email buildup. Ideally, clients could log in and update their own checklists instead of relying on email communication.

Pros
I appreciate how many features this platform offers. It reduced the number of different softwares I needed. The CRM, combined with email integration and task management, makes handling multiple clients much easier.
Cons
I can't assign multiple people to a task template which limits flexibility.

“recurring tasks and client records save time
Pros
Recurring tasks are simple for me to manage with task templates and the customizable client record fills a gap I noticed in other tools. Email integration into workflows saves me time on routine communications and client tasks give me greater control.
Cons
In my opinion triggers for task recurrence could definitely be enhanced for better customization.
