“Implementation is easy with custom workflows
Pros
What I enjoy most is the ability to create workflows and customize client records. It brings functionality down to a practical level, making it easy to implement both client specific and practice specific processes. The setup was minimal and I've been able to add new workflows as I go.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is the lack of a proper client portal and the inability to add internal notes to tasks, workflows, or emails which would have been very useful.

Pros
I found it very easy to set up and loved creating custom workflows. The flexibility in client data fields makes my work smooth and my clients appreciate the ability to upload and receive password protected documents without using a portal. My team also picked it up quickly and prefer it over the previous system.
Cons
Managing ongoing work feels tricky since I don't get a clear high level view of everything pending and the inbox is not the easiest to organize, especially when client documents aren't properly attached to tasks.

When I started using this tool, it was simple to set up with just high level checklists and the adoption rate among my team was the highest compared to other systems we tried.
Cons

I like how simple the training videos are, combined with the support from our account manager which made adoption much easier for me.
Cons
Sending certain data formats isn't possible for me and deeper integration with Xero would be very helpful.

Pros
Best part for me is being able to create all processes and workflows from scratch, tailoring them exactly to my business instead of adjusting to a ready made system.
Cons
Compared to my previous software, the lack of a true dashboard makes it harder for me to get an overview without relying on filtered reports which don't feel the same.

Pros
I appreciate how emails integrate with tasks. Client emails can be sorted into existing tasks, new tasks or delegated to teammates which makes communication simple.
Cons
Email integration could improve since images from signatures clutter the files tab and I'd also like more flexibility in changing the task deadlines without going deep into settings.

When I set up this platform, I found it very easy. Adding workflows and tasks required no intensive training and email integration ensured nothing was lost. I really like how jobs can be set up on the fly.
Cons
Although this tool helps with managing emails, it's still overwhelming to track them all. I have to hunt for jobs and for employees it's easy to neglect updates. A kanban style view and interdependent tasks that trigger automatically would make it more useful for me, along with more regular feature enhancements.

Even though I like sharing emails with staff, I find the email tab itself lacking, drafts and inline attachments like images don't show properly.

I use this platform mainly for workflow management and I find the workflow templates easy to create and apply. The training videos also help me a lot when setting things up.
