“User friendly and effective”
Pros
The automation features for email marketing and customer service are fantastic and I love how user friendly everything is. It's been really helpful for our digital marketing efforts and has definitely improved the quality of our customer service.
Cons
I wouldn't say there's anything I really dislike about it. Most of the time it works well and stays user friendly so I don't have any major complaints to mention.
