Pros
Its really user friendly! Editing the UI is as simple as it gets and you can make all the changes you want to make it your own.
Cons
Auto matching is not the strongest feature and some of the data extraction is a bit tricky to follow.

Pros
Customizing it to adjust to our requirements has worked out great. Being able to adapt means we can implent the PDCA cycle which helps us take on new challenges and make quick adjustments based on market changes. The support team are also incredibly helpful offering support and guidance for our customizations which has made a big difference for us. Their constant help made everything easy for us.
Cons
Would have been great if managing client information was simpler.
