Quick Setup

Pros

I can easily keep track of all my contacts and organize my to-do lists for each account in one convenient spot.

Cons

It can take some time to get comfortable with it at the beginning especially while you're learning how everything works.

Great team features

Pros

The integration with Microsoft apps is fantastic since those are what we use most in our company, making everything flow smoothly across all our workflows.

Cons

I think the interface could be more user friendly and simpler to navigate. Sometimes it takes me longer than it should to find the tools or settings I need.
