Amazing support

Pros

I find it really easy to use and whenever I need help the support team is always there to assist me. Satisfied with it!

Cons

Most problems we encounter stem from Salesforce limitations rather than any major flaws with the platform itself.

Excellent customization right from the start

Pros

The team behind this platform is great. They really listen to feedback and go the extra mile to customize things for our specific needs. It works wonderfully for advisors and whats even better is how well it scales up to support enterprise level firms.

Cons

While its built on Salesforce, there are definitely some feature gaps compared to what you get with Salesforce direct.

Provides valuable insights

Pros

I appreciate how this platform provides clear visibility into our business metrics in a simple way. The ability to customize fields based on what we prioritize most has been really valuable. Creating custom reports and dashboards lets us focus on what matters without getting bogged down in unnecessary data. The support team has been very cooperative through our transition. Theyve been responsive and efficient with the set up.

Cons

It takes quite a bit of time to switch over from another CRM system though the effort pays off eventually.

Great Customer Support

Pros

We have been using this platform for a couple of months now and I am impressed with how responsive they are to customization requests. Every modification we have asked for to match our current business processes has been delivered quickly and exactly as needed.

Cons

It was a bit difficult at the start since most of our team had zero CRM experience before this and getting everyone on board with the change took longer than expected though the support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and people are finally starting to feel more comfortable with it.

Customer care stands out

Pros

The way this platform has customized Salesforce for our specific needs has been a game changer. The interface is so user friendly that our team picked it up way quicker than I expected. What really stands out is how supportive the support team is whenever we run into questions or need help with something. They never disappoint.

Cons

Setting up data imports can be tricky and takes some time to get the formatting just right. Ive had to do quite a bit of cleanup work but thankfully the support team is really helpful and walks you through everything when you get stuck.

Support unlike any I have seen

Pros

Their team came in for two whole days to help us transition. Thats seriously way more than what I've experienced with other companies! They answered all our questions face to face, ran live training sessions for everyone and theyre basically available around the clock whenever we need support. Sure switching systems is always a bit chaotic but they made it so much easier to get answers and feel confident about the change.

Cons

Being a newer system there are definitely some bugs and glitches that need ironing out but honestly the support team has made the transition way smoother than I thought it would be!
