Very user friendly solution

Pros

Booking an appointment and completing notes is really easy. I can get everything done quickly without any issue.

Cons

It's annoying that I can't do invoices after a few visits or at the end of the month. It's definitely a downside.

My experience with pps

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and understand. Plus if I run into any issues, the help is always there to get me sorted.

Cons

Sometimes when the system goes down and needs a reboot on the PPS end, it can take quite a while before it's back up and running.

Outstanding customer service

Pros

The customer service is top-notch! It's super simple to use and everything is easy. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Cons

The system can be frustrating when it crashes but they usually fix it pretty quickly. Also, having to memorize the login details at first is kind of annoying since the system doesn't remember it. It takes a bit of getting used to with all those long, random words.

Needs some modifications

Pros

I can store patient details and even print end-of-day reports easily. It makes everything so much more organized.

Cons

It's not very adaptable. You can't add comments to cancelled appointments and once they're cancelled, they just disappear. Plus, we can't adjust the setup to how we need to view the screening. We need 10 columns showing two rooms from Monday to Friday, but apparently, that's not possible. You have to keep scrolling vertically to see both rooms which gets tiring and causes eye strain.

Good diary system but it's becoming outdated

Pros

It's easy to use and user friendly. For a good monthly fee, it covers all the basic functions I need.

Cons

The Express system has become super slow. It can take over 10 seconds for screens to load which doesn't sound like much but it's really frustrating when the clinic is busy.

Excellent service for many years

Pros

The appointment diary is awesome! My clients get email confirmations and text reminders. They've all mentioned how helpful the reminders are and it's definitely reduced missed appointments. The support team is also very helpful whenever I need assistance.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it. It has so many great features.
