Organized leads and simple workflow

Pros

There's a lot to appreciate about it. It's simple to work with, easy to use and does a really good job of keeping customer and lead information organized.

Cons

My only real complaint is that it only works with Internet Explorer. I usually prefer using Chrome so that limitation is frustrating.

so user friendly!

Pros

Feels very user friendly and pretty much anyone with basic computer skills can jump in and use it without much trouble.

Cons

I just wish it ran a little faster than it does now. At times new updates also cause it to act up a bit.

One thing that really works well is how the whole dealership can use this tool to keep notes on customers and update customer information in one place.

Cons

Where it falls short is in tracking results at a detailed level and some of the reports are difficult to use and understand.

Helpful lead management

Pros

The platform is very user friendly and has been really helpful for handling leads in an internet department.

Cons

Something it still needs is the ability to automatically merge all prospects that have the same information.
