I can track my team's efforts much more effectively with this system. Would definitely recommend it over Jira since that platform is missing alot of the features you get here.

The pricing is pretty steep which makes it difficult for smaller startups like ours to afford.

I find the approval workflow pretty basic, there's no built in option for a secondary or M2 approval step which makes it less flexible for teams with layered approval processes.

The process feels drawn out for certain projects. Also, the display window could definitely use some improvement.
