“Prospect B2B CRM
Pros
Prospect CRM is especially useful for companies that sell stocked products, like trading, wholesale, or distribution businesses. The best thing about it is how smoothly it connects CRM with inventory and accounting systems. Because of this integration, your sales team always knows: Which products are in stock Pricing and customer-specific discounts Customer order history Delivery and invoice status This helps avoid confusion and improves customer communication
Cons
User Interface feels slightly complex at first New users may need training to understand navigation and quoting workflows. Customization options are limited compared to larger CRMs

“Confusing interface and Poor reporting
Pros
Easy signup process and data upload went smoothly. Getting information into the system was simple however it doesnt seem to have enough reporting features once we start using it.
Cons
The reporting capabilities are pretty limited. I cant get all the data I need to really understand how our sales are performing. Also when I tried to cancel, they had all these hidden rules they never mentioned upfront that made it nearly impossible to actually get out of the service.

“Decent software
Pros
Getting real time inventory synced with our CRM has been a game changer as we are saved from the embarrassing moments quoting products we dont actually have in stock. The transparency really boosted my team's confidence and Ive noticed we are closing more deals because of it.
Cons
The email signature setup and overall customer relationship organization feels pretty inflexible compared to other CRMs Ive worked with before.

“Saw potential but poor support ruined it for me
Pros
The concept of a retention focused CRM with Cin7 Core integration really caught my attention. However our demo setup hit a major roadblock when the system started importing ALL our customers instead of just wholesale ones. We are talking DTC and Amazon customers flooding in too. After about an hour I realized what was happening and used their support widget to ask for help pausing the integration. They promised a fifteen minute response time but that was three days ago. I've been checking back daily and my messages are still sitting there unread. Meanwhile the import has been stuck midway for days while pulling in over 80,000 accounts. You literally cant use the platform during this process. From a technical standpoint I am surprised there wasnt a safeguard for this. We cant be the only omni channel Cin7 Core users who dont want retail customer data cluttering their B2B CRM. But whats really disappointing is the complete radio silence from their sales team. I am actively trying to become a customer and theres nobody there to help. Theres some irony here as you would expect a company that makes customer relationship management software to excel at managing customer relationships. After this experience I dont see how we could move forward with them. If this is their best foot forward during the sales process I shudder to think what support looks like three months into a year long contract.
Cons
Getting any kind of support feels impossible. I honestly wonder if there's even a real team behind this thing. Either theyre completely disorganized or the whole operation has been pretty much abandoned.

“Solid platform for business growth
Pros
I love their support team and the QuickBooks integration runs perfectly. The customization options are really flexible and I can adjust things easily. The design makes one on one sales contacts and follow up much smoother. I am confident this will be a valuable tool as we keep growing our business.
Cons
The documentation feels pretty sparse and could really use more detail. The backend database tools can be frustrating since they dont always work as expected and arent the most user friendly.

“Simple CRM
Pros
The integration with other software like ERP systems and websites is really helpful. It cuts down on time significantly when I need to get products live on the site or add content and digital assets.
Cons
Occasionally runs pretty slow when I am trying to pull reports with tons of data in them

“Great CRM with lots of features
Pros
I really appreciate how this CRM helps me stay on top of client relationships and sales processes. The lead tracking feature is solid and I love that it handles automated follow ups without me having to remember every detail. Managing inventory through the same platform saves me time too. Its pretty simple to use and whenever Ive run into problems, their customer support team has been there for me getting things sorted out quickly.
Cons
The integration works well with popular business tools but I've noticed it doesnt always work well with more specialized or niche applications. Its definitely a bit difficult to learn when you start diving into the advanced features especially if youre not familiar with CRM systems in general.
